Major feature enhancements
A DNSBL plugin was added to query DNS-based blacklists. SMTP session timeslicing was implemented to allow tarpitted connections to share threads. SimpleTrigger plugin was added to provide basic throttling functionality. Logging was improved substantially. Note that using the DNSBL plugin as configured in the example configuration file will only throttle connections, not refuse them. This allows you to use DNS blacklists with no false positive penalty.
