SandStorm::SandML provides a run-time enviroment for SandML. SandML is an XML
dialect designed for writing SandStorm components. SandML has native XML-RPC types,
and it calls other SandStorm components nativly. It has variables, loops and if
conditionals. SandML is only partially interepted; it is semi-compiled into Dynamic Code(or
DCode), and executed in a VM.
