Some bugs in the admin script which resulted in header failures have been fixed. The removal of mysql_error stuff from functions has begun, leaving it to users to implement debugging.

Field names on line 144 of userpolls.inc.php have been fixed to reflect changes in the MySQL structure. An SQL syntax error when accessing pollresults.php without a valid poll ID has been fixed.

A fix for a form in admin script submitting to 'admin' instead of admin.php, a fix for a parse error in pollCollector.php line 56, and implementing the startdate and stopdate filter in poll_generateUI. Expired polls or polls not set to start yet won't show. The sample poll was also included in a MySQL dump.
