Generic JTAPI, JAIN JCC, and JAIN Jcat is a framework to allow for the rapid development of Java telephony specification implementations. It does this by reducing the "service provider" coding requirements by an order of magnitude and by providing common services. Also included are sample service providers, including layered providers that can be combined with others to support multiplexing, JAIN JCC support, JAIN Jcat (preliminary), and and remote access.

This release includes some bugfixes, an expansion of the properties file lookup algorithm, and preliminary support for JSR #122 (JAIN Jcat 0.3.1). JAIN Jcat is the call control extension to JAIN Jcc and adds some filtering support as well as new call control methods and events, such as conference and transfer. This is the first known Jcat implementation and will provide telephony developers interested in JAIN Jcat the ability to start doing initial testing and development.

GJTAPI unterstützt jetzt JCC 1.1. Es gibt auch eine neue LGPL "Brücke" ermöglicht die Verwendung von XTAPI Dienstleister. Dies ist in einem eigenen Jar-Datei verpackt durch Lizenzierung Konflikte. Viele kleinere Bugfixes wurden. Seit JTAPI 1,4 Quellcode ist noch nicht freigegeben wurde, wird noch nicht unterstützt GJATPI JTAPI 1.4.

providers. This is packed in a separate Jar file
due to licencing conflicts. Many minor bugfixes
were made. Since JTAPI 1.4 source code has not yet
been released, GJATPI does not yet support JTAPI
1.4.
