He send you the code. But this code is incomplete. Not working
I wait for a response since the 2017/12 24 16:00.

Completely rubbish. He send you code that not working and then expect that you contact him to fix it for more money. If you decide to fix it by yourself, then he will never contact you to tell you what is wrong with the kode. Rubbish, waste of time and money. dont buy it.
