Cow is a waveform editor. It generates sounds out of graphs for amplitude and frequency. A handy graphical user interface (using Qt) helps you drawing these graphs.

Major feature enhancements
Major enhancements happened since the last release. More tools, more command line options, documentation, examples, and man pages have been added. A program to play the sounds with a MIDI keyboard or appropriate program that produces MIDI commands is also part of the release.
Diese Version bietet zusätzlich die Möglichkeit, eine Anmerkung zu wählen, anstatt der Eingabe des Hz-Wert von einer Frequenz, mehr Hilfe und die Möglichkeit, eine Grafik, die dann mit der Frequenz-Wellenform moduliert wird, zu schaffen.
