checksysreport performs some automatic tests against a directory containing an untarred Red Hat Enterprise Linux sysreport. You will need a valid Red Hat Network login in order to use it, as it fetches information from RHN using the RHN API (see https://rhn.redhat.com/rpc/api/). A graphical tool, yadarh, is also included: it uses the cache generated by checksysreport to display RPMs in a given channel and lets you browse them to have a list of errata and new entries in changelogs that come with other versions of the same package.

Es wurde Unterstützung für RHEL6's sosreport aufgenommen. pgdb statt _pg verwendet wird, so gibt es keine Notwendigkeit, SQL-Sätze zu entkommen.
Support was added for RHEL6's sosreport. pgdb is used instead of _pg, so there's no need to escape SQL sentences.

Ein Workaround für einen Fehler war, dass seit RHEL5.5 existierte. Die Probe plugins waren fehlerhaft, da sie mit einer nicht vorhandenen globalen Optionen Variable statt self.options.
The URL for details about the RHN packages was changed. listCves was added in rhnapiwrap. download_rhn_package got debug packages for RHEL4. A workaround was made for a bug that existed since RHEL5.5. The sample plugins were buggy, since they were using a nonexistent global options variable instead of self.options.

Kernel-Schutz muss nicht mit Paketen aus einem Beta-Kanal als mehr unterstützt. checksysreport-rhn-Schaber wurde als Unter-Paket hinzugefügt. Kernel detection does not handle packages coming from a beta channel as supported anymore. checksysreport-rhn-scraper was added as a sub package.
The code now copes with yadarh's xmlrpclib.ProtocolError, yadarh's xmlrpclib.Fault,
and yadarh's "Could not find session with id".
Plugins can be triggered in top, bottom, or package hooks.
wcs does not accept sysreport with an open parenthesis in the name anymore.

Dmidecode Informationen über das System gedruckt wird. Einige Pakete waren nicht so aus RHN wenn sie in mehrere RHN-Kanäle berücksichtigt. WCS Spool steckte, wenn es ein Problem mit dem lokalen MTA. Ein Konfigurations-Abschnitt wurde in der man-Seite hinzugefügt. Plugins können automatisch gestartet werden.
Dmidecode information about the system is printed. Some packages were not considered as coming from RHN when present in several RHN channels. WCS spool was stuck if there was a problem with the local MTA. A configuration section was added in the man page. Plugins can be automatically launched.

Die XML-RPC-Zeitlimit wurde auf 300 Sekunden beim Ausfüllen des Cache geändert, so dass große Anweisungen wie RHEA-2009: 0272 können bearbeitet werden. Das neue Format von sos für installierte RPMs wurde nicht erkannt.
