Projektbeschreibung

Block Rage is a falling blocks arcade game with a
2-player hotseat mode. You control three-tiled
blocks falling from the top of the screen. Your
aim is to make the tiles explode by placing three
of the same type in a horizontal, vertical, or
diagonal row. Inflicting chain reactions earns you
more points. In the 2-player hotseat mode, it will
also send your opponent an unpleasant surprise.

Fliesen wurden vollständig neu gezeichnet, hat die 2-Player-Bildschirm wurde erweitert, der Sound-Modul sollte nun im Big-Endian-Maschinen laufen, und Caps-Lock-Handling behoben wurde. Fenstertitel ist nun eingestellt. Umgang mit einigen Fehlern wurde leicht verbessert.

Schwerwiegende Fehler aus der ersten Version wurden behoben: Absturz beim Betreten der Halle des Ruhms, Modifiziertasten funktioniert nicht während der Bearbeitung Ihres Namens und SDL_QUIT Ereignisse, die nicht richtig behandelt wird. Pfadnamen und Umgebungsvariablen sind jetzt viel mehr vorsichtig gehandhabt werden. Der Aufbau und Installation wurde verbessert, und sollte auch Gentoo Ebuilds unterstützen.

Serious bugs from the initial release have been fixed: crashing upon entering the hall of fame, modifier keys not working while editing your name, and SDL_QUIT events not being handled properly. Pathnames and environment variables are now handled much more carefully. The build and installation process has been enhanced, and should support Gentoo ebuilds well.
