Major feature enhancements
A major code redesign was made. It is now possible to add other parsers. NSBrowser is now used to display the table of contents instead of an NSTableView, and big XLP files can be handled. Help files are now bundles containing .xlp files and images. Various other small improvements and bugfixes were made.

The interface now uses gorm files on Linux and nibs on Mac OS X. helpviewer was ported to Mac OS X. "Legends" figures were added. A patch for BRCells, was added, changing the code to use only one shared BRCell.
