Username information in config.xml may now be
ignored with the --nouser command-line flag. The
"are-you-sure" questions may now be skipped by
using the "now" keyword. The logging module's
configuration file may now be used for very
flexible logging setup. As a result of this
change, the --quiet flag has been replaced by the
--verbose flag.
