This version uses the Hermes library. It adds the ability for a user to define their own ASCII scheme for phonetic representation or use IPA in Unicode, more robust rules, the possibility of direct phoneme feature access, commands for testing equality of phonemes, initial support for word batch processing, and maintenance of rule order. The graphical interface now automatically loads a browser for Unicode display, and can browse rules.
