<h2>Remarks</h2>

<p>
If the connection is not serial connection or flow control is not "none", this command will do nothing.
</p>

<p>
If &lt;echo flag&gt; is zero, the DTR is turned off.<br>
If &lt;echo flag&gt; is non-zero, the DTR is turned on.
</p>
