YAFPC (Yet Another Free PDF-composer) can compose
PDF documents from picture files and other PDF
files, encrypt the created document, and send it
to a given email address. YAFPC is designed to act
as a command-line tool that combines with
GhostScript to provide a network shared PDF
printer which automatically adds letterheads,
company-logos, watermarks, and Terms & Condition-
pages to the printed documents, and then mails the
document to the user who initiated the print job.
It has a graphical user interface (GUI) for easy
configuration and testing. Easy-to-use sample
scripts for setting up a PDF-printer on Windows or
Linux servers are included.

Die Verschlüsselung kann jetzt aktiviert / deaktiviert werden. Wenn die Verschlüsselung aktiviert ist, können die Berechtigungen für das erstellte Dokument so gewählt werden, "ermöglichen den Druck", "mittels Anpassungen" und "Anmerkungen und Notizen". Automatische Aufnahme von Seitenzahlen in das erstellte Dokument kann nun aktiviert werden. Encryption can now be enabled/disabled. When encryption is enabled, permissions can be chosen for the created document to "allow printing", "allow modifying", and "allow annotations". Automatic inclusion of page numbers into the created document can now be activated. Page numbers can be placed on the top or bottom of each page in a centered, left-aligned, or right-aligned position. Page numbers are not placed on the first page of the document.

Einige Fehlermeldungen wurden gemacht verständlich. Einige Quelltextbereinigung getan wurde. Die Lizenzbestimmungen (in Homepage und-Dateien) wurden geändert, um vollständig der GPL kompatibel.

Die "unbekannter Host Ausnahme", die nach dem Drücken der "Test"-Button in einigen Fällen aufgetreten ist nun behoben. Die Probe-Datei "LinuxPrinter.sh" wegen fehlender Schreibrechte auf "geändert wurde, / var / log". Die Log-Ausgabe auf "/ var / spool / lpd" now.

The "unknown host exception" which occurred after
pressing the "Test" button in some cases is fixed
now. The sample-file "LinuxPrinter.sh" was changed
because of missing write permissions to
"/var/log". The log output is written to
"/var/spool/lpd" now.
