JessyInk is a script that turns every layer of an Inkscape SVG image into a slide of a presentation. Current features include different transitions, an index sheet view, and automatic slide numbering.

PLplot is a library of C functions that are useful
for making scientific plots from programs written
in a wide variety of languages. It can be used to
create standard x-y plots, semi-log plots, log-log
plots, contour plots, 3D plots, shade (gray-scale
and color) plots, mesh plots, bar charts, and pie
charts. Multiple graphs may be placed on a single
page with multiple lines in each graph. Different
line styles, widths, and colors are supported. A
virtually infinite number of distinct area fill
patterns may be used. A variety of output devices
and file formats are supported.

Fireworkx is a pyrotechnic fireworks blast simulation that explodes in Xlib, SDL, and SVGAlib atmospheres. It blasts fiercely with SSE2 optimizations and automatically with Xscreensaver.

squint is command that duplicates the output of a monitor into an X11 window. It is designed to allow you to display a presentation (or any other kind of demonstration) on multiple monitors at the same time without cloning the entire screen.

EOS Image Manager is a pure Cocoa application that enables users to quickly view, thumbnail, rename (add and remove chars, change case), and manage (move, copy, and rename) all of their images from a single, uncluttered interface. With this application users can organize thousands of downloaded images and digital photos in minutes.

The ZK Mobile is a ZK extension that enables ZK
applications to run on mobile devices with little
programming. With the event-driven components and
a markup language, programming is as simple as
programming desktops and designing screens is as
easy as authoring HTML pages. No JavaME
prerequisite is required.

Jtvmaker is a Java slideshow maker designed for photo sharing and karaoke making. It can convert a bunch of photo, MP3, and lyric files into: an animated PNG file, a slideshow applet, or an executable slideshow application. Slideshow videos can be generated manually through external encoders such as mencoder. The slideshow applet features a built-in MP3 player, image filters, and synced song lyric display for karaoke. Transition effects such as fades, wipes, panning, and zooming are implemented.

PyChart is a Python library for creating high-quality Postscript, PDF, or PNG scientific charts ready for publishing. It supports line charts, bar charts, range-fill charts, and pie charts.

Flying Saucer is a pure Java XML/CSS 2 renderer
whose aim is to provide spec-compliant CSS 2.1
rendering for any well-formed XML document. The
current codebase can render to Java2D-based
canvases (Swing panels), PDF via the iText
library, and images. The library currently covers
the greater part of the CSS 2.1 specification.

image2mpeg is a tool to convert digital photos (or
any other images) into MPEG video streams, with
transitions between the images. The photo stream
may be accompanied with music (or any other audio
stream). The resulting slideshow may be prepared
for VCD, SVCD, or DVD playback in stand-alone
players, or the MPEG videos may be converted into
FLV (Flash Videos). The type of transition can be
selected for each image separately from a set of
fade, slide, roll, etc.

KeyJnote is a program that displays PDF
presentation slides with style. Smooth
alpha-blended slide transitions are provided for
the sake of eye candy, but in addition to this,
KeyJnote offers some unique tools that are very
useful for presentations.

Gimp Gallery is a program to create static HTML
Web galleries from a directory of images. It is a
gimp plugin that offers both batch and interactive
modes. In the interactive mode, it will display
each picture, allowing you to
rotate/crop/filter/caption/etc. images before
including them in the gallery, leaving your
originals untouched. Templating is done via a
custom Perl function, allowing you full control
over the produced HTML.
